  1. Do any of the Subaru clan do anything to personalize there cars? I new 2007 line, all of them are to damned nice looking to just be passed off as second hand highway fodder. I have the Outback in Champagne Gold and have done a dark window tint and an almost invisible "ghost" pin strip with the cars nick name. Has anyone else done anything to show there pride in ownership? Just curious.
  2. I sure wish it were that easy on the 2007 Outback. Seems like this issue is on every Soobie forum. I am not a fan of DRL's and really do not see them as a safety feature. They do add to the maintenance of the vehicle, having to replace them more often. I really don't have a lot of trouble seeing on coming cars with or without lights on. It is not federally mandated yet. My two cents.
  3. Hello all, Just got my first Japanese car, first Subaru, a 2007 Outback L.L. Bean H-6. I know, I know, way to fancy for you off road guys, but I am really impressed with the car thus far. Only a couple of thousand miles. Haven't done any off roading in years. Last was in a Chevy pickup 4x4. Never was a hard core off roader but wonder what this little jewel may be capable of. Don't have any mods in mind yet, except to maybe try and disable the DRL's. I hate those things. Now to snoop around a little. Jim B
