    This is how I ended up changing the passenger side half shaft, got a new one from Advance Auto $70.00. I loosened axle nut, supported car, removed tire, removed air cleaner so I could have a straight line to drive pin out of axle, removed one of two bolts holding lower strut to top of spindle so spindle would lean forward & give more room to remove axle. Remover axle nut & pulled axle off transmission & then out of spindle. The whole removal took a 45 minutes.
