yeah I can sell you the whole wiring harness and ecu and i'll look for that emissions valve.

I'm not sure, it may only work in other GL10's that had the digital gauge, not sure how the wiring would be. this is my first 80's subaru so don't know alot about it I have mainly only worked with Imprezas and legacys.
