-
Thanks alot i will work on that today and hope it runs

So i was talking to a friend and since it wont start how am i suppose to time it? Would i have to take the heads off or what?

So do i have to replace the metal lines or just the rubber lines? Where do i get the new lines? Can i just get them at Napa or something like that? -

Yeah i swapped it all haha, i got the motor tranny and wiring harness and ecu all in. I was looking at the fuel lines and where they connect to the motor and one is smaller than the other 2 so i just guess which one goes where and hope it is right haha -

No i didnt, i didnt know i had to. Would it be in the same spot at the carbed motor? -
I just out in a new motor into my car, i had an 87 gl 1.8l carbed motor in it, and i put in an 86 RX turbo F.I. motor in it and i have spark but i dont have any fuel running through the fuel lines going to the motor and dont know why. Do any of you have any ideas why im not getting any fuel?

Where do these wires go??
offroadsubie1 replied to offroadsubie1's topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
Yeah i have wires attached to the coil, my car will turn over, but it doesnt have any spark. -

I think it is an 88 but i am not 100% sure of that and it is the 1.8l turbo motorm not sure what kind of car it is out of, i am doing a motor swap. Here are the wires i dont know where they go, and also that plug i dont know where it goes? it looks like i am missing something down there but i dont know what it would be. The bottom picture is where the wires are, they are right by the coil
