  1. Thanks John Found out yesterday you were right on the money. Found a good used tranny for $300. Hard parts over. Thanks again. Later,David
  2. I pulled tranny needed to look at clutch also. I pulled rear housing ext.. off of transaxle. I found to large round thin metal bands tore in half and chewed up. two gears lost a couple off teeth. Looking for diagram for transaxle to get part names/numbers. not sure where bands came from. it looks like it could be replaced but gears/shafts may cost as much as used transaxle. does anyone know where to get detailed diagram for transaxle TY755VC1BA. Thanks for any input. David
  3. I had checked by two transmisson shops. They both said it was bd tranny. I listened with a scope with car up on jacks and in gear, noise is where driveshaft goes into rear of tranny. cv joints look ok. Going to pull tranny tomorrow. Thanks for your input will let you know what i find.
  4. I have a loud clicking noise coming from rear of tranny where drive axle goes into tranny. when you press gas it gets louder. does not make any noise in neutral. i assume it is a gear or drive shaft. not sure what gear is there or if a easy fix. Should i just look for used tranny. Thanks for any help. david
