  1. Beware. I have just had the worst customer service from Draco I have ever experienced in my adult life. I took my Legacy GT (blown motor, turbo came apart) to Draco in May 2008 for repair. I just got it back today, 4/10/2009. They charged me $2000 above my estimate and even tried to charge me storage fees when I couldn't pick the car up last week, even though they took almost a year to complete. While Barry may be a good mechanic, I have never been disrespected like I was by his wife, Leslyn. In some cases it took me days or weeks to just get a status update on my car. In what world is it ok to charge $2000 above the estimate and take almost a year to complete a repair. Stay away from Draco.
