89 gl 4x4

looking for a transmission, trans crossmember, and drive shaft for my 1989 gl ea81 5spd 4x4 dual range pm if you can help

looking for any info on changing the 4spd (4x4) in my 89 gl to a 5spd 4x4 the year of transmissions will be the same. are the rear drive shafts the same? any mods or adaptations I will have to make? Thanks to all those with the knowledge who will share. the mind is like a parachute and knowledge is like manure.
