I just ordered the K 730 weber kit from carbsunlimited, should be here Sat. I am very excited to drive the Brat again. Thanks for the info.

You guys were sooo right!! I waisted time and money to rebuild my hitatchi carb. Now I am ready to oreder the weber kit. My 87 brat has EA81 so I think the right kit is the K 730. I thought there was an old post with instructions for the swap. Any help really appreciated.

I finally got my carb rebuilt (hitachi DCP306) 87 Brat. Now the throtlle linkage is binding/hanging up intermittently. I'm pretty sure I screwed up putting it back together (3 weeks after I took it apart). Now I need a good diagram or photo of how the spacers,springs etc. should go together. Any help appreciated.

I bought 2 kits both wrong size. I bought a used carb the kits fit it but idoen't fit my brat. Any help from you Brat pros
