  1. Electrical(?) Issue

    My 93 Legacy is occasionally showing the BRAKE light and the battery icon. I remember being told that my alternator is getting ready to, or has failed. Took my car to a local supply house, had an alternator check performed, and all is normal. I was pondering taking her to a local electrical specialist. Am I on the right track? Any input would be appreciated. AJ

    Okay...cig lighter doen't work, checked fuse and it's ok. also, the battery and the brake icons are lighting up for a few moments, every 5 minutes or so while I'm driving. Any ideas? Thanks!! AJ
