1988GL4WD

Word, I will have to try this out. I am trying to get use to my 89 GL because it is only the 2nd 5spd I have ever owned. thanks

Just bought my first Subaru, it's a 1989 GL 4WD. If someone could change my name to 1989GL4WD that would be awesome. The guy I bought it from thought it was an 88 and then I looked at the inside door panel lol. It cost me $500 and I knew it needed work. So far I have gotten the brakes, an axle, and the radiator and hoses replaced along with 4 new mud/snow tires. I still have to get the oil valve cover gaskets replaced because it has a leak. So far I love driving it! I have been borrowing a friends 1996 ford ranger and it was terrible to drive. I know the GL has a smaller engine but it feels much more powerful on the hills. I look forward to learning about Subarus and checking out everyone rides. I will post pictures when I get a chance. Peace
