  1. Outback H6 4eat compatability

    imprezkid posted a topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVX
    Looking to replace a 4eat out of my 01 outback LL Bean, it was poorly maintained and is failing in 2nd, with no 3rd or 4th right now. I know due to shift points (valve body) and the gearing that H6 4eats are specific to the H6. My questions is what all years will cross over, the tranny i found is an 02 and the yard told me it doesn't show that it is compatible. Any input would be great! Thanks,
