Weber 32/36 DGEV carburetor jetting
I have a trike that had a VW engine. I swapped it with and EA82 1988. I took the Weber carb off and put it on the Subaru. Runs great in the lower end but when I give it the gas it bogs down like it is either getting too much fuel or not enough? I didn't re-jet it when I got it just used it right out of the box on the VW. Does any one know what jetting I should use with the EA82? Well, I think I found a cure. It is the Weber K731 carb that is made for the EA82 engine. A little expensive but then I can sell the one I have now which is made for VW's. Thanks for every one's help....

2 row radiator
I have my EA82 in my motorcycle trike. I need a 2 row radiator for it. Can' find anything for a Subaru. It doesn't have to be a Subaru radiator. The main thing is that it has to be only 14 inches in height. It can be 28 +- 2 inches wide. If any one has information on where I can get one Subaru or not (year doesn't matter) please let me know. Thanks.

Subaru EA82 VW Trike
It might be easier for you just to go to my web site that shows the swap and talks a little about it. The engine is a 1986 GL that has been stripped of all the smog crap and fuel injection removed and replaced with a Weber 2 barrel carb. It uses an 091 VW transaxle and has a Kennedy engine adapter. I also had to put a distributor from an 1987 Subaru XT as the original one did not have a vacuum line on it. http://trikerdon.50megs.com/subaruswap1.htm By the way I learned about the generator swap on this board.

EA82 Fan Switch
Does anyone know where I can get a thermal fan switch that will turn on my radiator fans at about 160 degrees? I have the engine in my trike and it seems to heat up more when I am riding down the freeway at about 60/70 mph. I'm having a fan shroud made for it so that may help. Thanks
