  1. No, the ABS light did not come on. The engine sounds and runs fine.
  2. Last night on the highway, I had the cruise control set at 70 mph when the check engine light went on and the cruise shut off, but the cruise light kept blinking. I checked the fuse behind the coin box, but it was not blown. The guy at autozone used the code checker under the steering column, but it was not working, so I checked the main fuse in the engine bay and that was not blown either. Any thoughts?
  3. I am trying to locate a trailer wiring harness by Hoppy that plugs into your tailight assembly. I cannot seem to locate one for my 2006 Imprezza. They have 08-11 and 96-04, but not 2006. I do not know why. Anybody have or tried any of these kits or know where I can find one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Seems to make the most logical sense. Going with the low reading!
  5. Thanks. I do both of those things, but the dipstick might be in the pool of oil in the pan at an angle, which seems to be the reason for the offset in the oil level. Very odd. I have checked oil on a lot of vehicles and have never seen this effect. I even owned a 1983 GL wagon.
  6. When checking the oil on my 06' Imprezza, the level in the back of the dipstick (just the two dots) is about 7-8mm higher than the front ( where the L and F are). What level should I go by? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
