  1. You've got that right. Had to place an order for them. 2 days to get them. No auto wrecker close to me.
  2. Anyone happen to know the bolt size for the mounting bolts for transmission to block on an EJ22? Checked the local auto parts store with no luck. I also called Subaru and they said they didn't know...:-\ Any ideas? Thanks
  3. Yes, worked on CC 130 Hercules aircraft. My engine stand does not seem capable of mounting to the actual engine mounts. This is the type of stand that I have. http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/4/Auto/AutoTools/CreepersJacksStands/PRD~0091081P/750-lb%252BEngine%252BStand.jsp Thanks
  4. I recently purchased a Subaru EJ22 engine. How would I be able to tell what year this engine is? Any identifiers on the engine itself? Also, I want to mount it to an engine stand. Is this done by mounting it to where the transmission would mount? Thanks Please bear with me. I am very new to the piston engine world.
  5. Hello folks, Just wanted to say Hi and let you know that I am very new to the Subaru world. I am currently building a Viking Dragonfly which is a 2 place single engine aircraft. The engine that I chose is a Subaru EJ22 SOHC. I joined this forum as I will have certain questions in regards to this engine. Thanks. Piston
