  1. 2003 Forester Tail lights Stay On

    No matter what we do with the light control stalk the tail lights will not shut off. Any ideas? Possibly a bad ground? Did the control stalk fail? Am I just a moron? This is my wife's subaru and I am trying to sell it so I need to fix this. Thank you for your help. Tom http://www.menzelengineering.com
