    Just traded my Ford Ranger for a 1990 Subaru Loyale. I don't know why, but when I got the car, for some reason I pulled the emergency brake just till it got tight, then let it down... I didn't even think it engaged.... But it did just enough for the brakes to rub a little, now they won't let loose.... How would I go about freeing up the E-Brake? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
