  1. I know many here do their own work, but I'm guessing there are those that use a shop now and again If anyone would weigh in I'd appreciate it. I'm capable of basic tune-up stuff, plugs, oil change, filters etc. More than that however I'm really crap at, and would rather trust to a mechanic. Thanks
  2. thanks bstone, they've got good reveiws http://www.cartalk.com/ct/mechx/shop.jsp?id=14559 although they seem to be an Acura/Honda house -which makes sense. If I'm going to go that far for repairs, I'd be more likely to go to DentSport
  3. I'm living in the Dover area and am looking for a competent mechanic. I checked out Carworks (Lee, NH) and if the reviews on Cartalk.com are anything to go by, they may be my choice. Has anybody used these guys? Or do you have suggestions of your own? Thanks
  4. My wife and I just moved here. We think it's pretty grand. We arrived w/no car, but found a clean, tight, 2002 Impreza Outback w/less than 100K on it. It runs well. We're pleased to be here. Cheers all.
