hi, im upgrading my hitachi carb to a weber,and have discovered the abscence of a return to tank line. instead what seems to be the return from the hitachi goes through 2 little 'canisters',one of which seems to have a vacuum conection. i was wondering what these are. the pipe from these just terminates in the engine bay with an open ended pipe. would i connect the return from the weber to this system? i thought i might just blank the return. cheers

well theres no stickers, i,ll check under the covers next,might wait till ive got some new gaskets i reakon. thanks

hi, ive got a 91 brat pickup and was goin to adjust the valves,but how do i tell which variety of lifters i have, solid or hydralic? as i understand it,hydraulic lifters need no adjustment.cheers

mines a 1991, not that much different from an 89 i think.its full of dents but not too rusty,which is good for one from the uk,as most have fallen apart now!
