  1. Is this a special tool situation? Is there any way I can do it manually without destroying the valves?
  2. I have a 92 legacy I was going to replace the timing belt on. However, I cannot get the timing marks to line up on all 3 pulleys at the same time. What can I do? I have not been able to find any info on this and have been stuck for 5 days now. I need to get this step complete before I can even remove the old belt. This is not a turbo. Please, any info would be appreciated! Thank you.
