I went out and did some and hit some tough trails the other day and i noticed when i hit a hard enuf bump I get this pop spring nose from the driver fount left strut like the coil's hitting together and making a nose is this normal . i have not herd this on the right side. so the next day i was driving my car around and I hit this dip by my house and heard the same nose from the lift side. lite bumps wont do it you got to hit some thing a little hard any suggestions
  5. Heater core is a neat idea thank for the good idea. I think I'm going to add a atfermarket 10" fan with the stock fan and hook it up on a switch in the car so when I'm out offloading I can flip the switch and get some extra cool when needed thank for the help
  6. Is it bad to have more then 50/50 coolant to water
  7. The radiator is all clean I put in a new thermostat , now that I think about I should water down the coolant it's got more then 50
  8. The fan works fine it comes on and off like it is suppose to the only time it stays on is when I'm out offloading and the engine gets a little hotter then normal so I want another fan to cool it down a little better when I'm when I'm offloading. sorry I ges I should of explain what I won't to do it for and why
  9. I was thinking also new fan is going to use more amps how much is two much amps
  10. Wham I'm out wheeling my fan just runs constantly and the Gage gos up it's not overheating . I want to cool it better my car came with one small fan so what I want to know should I use two small fans with more flow or one big fan I'm thinks 14" or 16"
  11. Iv been looking for for some info and haven't had any luck so what's the deal with the front spring perch adjustment if you spin the strut cap around bolt it back in what difference dose it make to the car there has to be a reason what is it
  12. im new and i found the search and did some reading I guess its all about the back pressure. The big ? is do you need it or not some people think you need back pressure creates for low end power . I went to the muffler shop down the street and he told me take the the y cat out and put in a resonator backwards so the louvers catch the exhaust and makes a little back pressure . im not sure if it will make it not back as much i think im going to go that way no catalytic converter thanks guys
  13. I looking to get the most power i can get out of my stock e81 so I ordered a weber kit and I wont to drop a the catalytic converters. My ? is can you take out both cats or do you need the ypipe cat to make it run well, or is there a difference in power by keeping it .
  14. Wow thanks for the info . I will just keep looking for a dash in the junk yard .I think it's a good idea to try to pull a dash from a junk car frist then when I find the right dash I can take my time to do it right .
