I have a 2003 Subaru Baja, I found a plug located next to the oil filter is this the correct location for it. Thanks

I have a 2003 Subaru Baja, i would like to put a block heater in to it. On the passenger side of the motor there is a plug located on the underside of the head next to the oil filter, is this the correct location. Thanks Mike
