Hello all, I have an 82 brat and an 86 wagon. I want to put the engine and 5spd D/R from the wagon into the brat, is this a mod that will need alot of customizing or will it be mostly a strait forward swap. I plan on using all of the running gear from the wagon and both cars are 97 inches from center hub to center hub so I think it should all fit ok. Any comments or help here is more than welcome so jump right in, Thanks a brat load for any help, Ed

Hello everyone, this seems like a great source of info so here is my q? I have an 82 brat and an 86 wagon, I want the 5 speed and D/R from the wagon in the brat. Is this a hard swap if I use the engine and all of the running gear ( tranny,drive line and rear end) from the 86? Thanks for the help Ed
