Wow! Hate to admit this, but it was simply both bulbs had burned out. I am so used to things being far more in depth of a problem, that sometimes you forget to look at the simple answer:eek:

hopped in the car tonight and turned on the lights. Only the Highbeams work. It is a 98 legacy L. All other lights are working, but the low beams.
