Looking for a good mechanic to work on my 1992 Legacy Turbo. Someone mentioned Rally Tech, but I can't seem to find them. any suggestions? thanks a

A strange (but wonderful) car with a strange problem... I realize that there are only about 500 of these out there, but thought I'd give it a shot... for the first couple of shifts after starting the car and heading out, the tac seems to hover at the shift point (say 3k) for a fraction and then rev up 2-500 rpm (with clutch depressed) before setteling back down as I shift into the next gear... then... after a couple of gear shifts (8-12) it changes it's maddness and when you shift and press the clutch in (ex: in second and come up to a stop sign, I often take the car out of gear and just break if I'm not going too fast) the RPM's drop from where ever they are down to about 1500 and then bounce back up to 2000/2300 RPM. it's been a stumper for many... any ideas? thanks andy
