  1. Injector not firing SPFI

    rt5nine posted a topic in Old Gen.: 80's GL/DL/XT/Loyales...
    I have a 87 DL wagon that will not start. It seems the injector will not fire. I have checked the resistance on the injector and it is within specs. The manual says to check the harness side voltage with the key on, should be 12v to a good body ground. I get no voltage on either side. I have checked for continuity from the injector plug all the way to the control unit. Could the control unit be bad? Everything else checks out. Fuel pump, fuel filter, pressure to the throttle body, spark, timing, air flow meter. It will start with if you squirt starting fluid. I'm I missing something or should I try and locate a control unit. Thanks in advance for any help
