  6. A local mechanic looked and said only 3 cylinders are getting pressure. The 3rd is not. he said it was more than likely a frozen valve. There is a knocking noise coming from the back of the motor if that helps the description at all.
  7. After sitting for several years I got my Loyale running again. The only problem now appears to be a frozen valve. Only 3 cylinders is getting pressure and the 3rd appears to have the valve stuck open. are there any easy ways to solve this without taking out the motor and opening her up? A local place wanted $800 to fix it but that's not happening.
  8. ok she's running. well not on the road but running in the garage, i need to find a new hose for the tank to the pump(thicker of the 2 lines). it was a combination of the wrong fuel pump and bad plugs and corroded dist cap/rotor..... but now shes making a knocking/loud tapping noise when running? any clue to this new symptom?
  9. Or i could clean the MAF but im not 100% on the location.

  21. I took the pump off and hooked some power to it and found that it wouldnt turn over at all. and there was no way i was going to spend 200$ for a new one so i bought a 80's Loyale pump instead hoping it works.

Hello all, Can't wait to share my loyale overhauling with you all. she's a 93 with only 107k miles on her. currently not running (fuel pump is on the way) but will hopefully be on the road very soon.
