I'll try and ground out that wire and see if I can get the pump to kick on, I should also add that I took the MAF sensor off to see if I could get a check engine light to come one with no luck. Hopefully the ECU isn't dead!

I've got a 93 legacy turbo that won't start. I'm not getting any power to the fuel pump, and it seems this is because the fuel pump relay won't fire. The problem is if I take the relay off it still clicks when I test it on the battery, and if I jump the post 1-3 the fuel pump turns on. Engine cranks fine and everything as well. Any suggestions on what might cause the relay not to fire?
