  1. Stuck in Gear

    dflarson posted a topic in 1990 to Present Legacy, Impreza, Outback, Forester, Baja, WRX&WrxSTI, SVX
    Have 96 Legacy L Wagon AWD 2.2, 5 speed. The transmission is stuck in a forward gear, I'm guessing third or fourth,and the shifter is free in neutral and won't go into any gear.Need some troubleshooting ideas. Thanks
