Did you install a fuel regulator when you did the swap? Sometimes the sputtering at high rpms is because the fuel pump is putting out more fuel than the weber likes. I had the same problem, but a fuel regulator helped a lot.
This is Probly true I forgot to mention I have a universale 4-6 cylinder fuel pump, it's Probly flooding the motor, what kind of regulator did you get?

Hooked up choke made sure it had power and the same thing happens, under stress it bogs down and stays bogged until I lift my foot up off the peddle then it goes,

i just thought the choke helped restrict airflow when the car is starting cause its cold, its like 80+ here

I finally got the oppertunity to go out and try my latest mods on my 87 ea82 gl, new weber carb and snorkel adapt. i just put a crappy pepboys cone filter on there for the test. wen going threw sugar sand (floridas finest) it would bog down and go the a crawl if i didnt keep it above 2200 rpm, if i floor it to long up to 4500 rpm it will spuder SOMETIMES, never in first just in 2-5 i had to keep my car in a 2300-4500rpm rang witch kind sucks cuz one the road its quick i can feel the power (what little it has), no problems, under stress i think it gets too much gas? my choke is not hooked up is tht a rason?
(the snorkle stops were a fuel injected airbox would be)

my vacuum is all messed up i dnt kno what to plug or not plug, help!!
it idles real rough sometimes and then ill rev it n it will be fine, when i rev it up it takes a while for my car to settle back down at 1000 rpms, it declines very slow, any advice?

i had to cut the first coil off them, there would have been no travel they fit terrable, im not to sure i like the way they sit all crooked n ************, if i had to redo it id look for something else i ordered the cc852 like everyone said, n they look terrable, they work, for now

some times its the simple things tht really get me caught up, some how in taking everything off i managed to pop my ignition fuse, i still have all my stuff for injection, maby once i get sick of dealing with the carb ill switch back but for now lil rew is running happy again =)

i dnt want to put injection on i switched it from injection to carb because of computer issues, i pored gas down into the carb not even a spudder

Just installed the weber on my ea82 n it initially started for a second, (probly left over fuel in the intake) and now it will not start at all, any one have good advice

i orderd ford tempo springs moog cc852 for the front i have a ea82 gl on a 6" sjr lift do i need to cut these springs to make them the same size as the ea82? or leave them as is, im hopeing the new springs will lift the car up a little higher

The choke hits the power steering pump tank. The mod is to take a ball peen hammer and dent the tank in just enough to let the choke miss the tank. This causes no harm to the power steering pump at all.

Before i go and order the weber can any one tell me why they say it will not work with a ea82 with power steering with out a mod, and what is tht mod? thanks!!!!

I have all vac. lines running to air filter were else could it be getting wet, the air box is dry inside,

i do not kno what jets they are i just got the kit from redline for the ea82 and threw it on there im in florida so idk 20 feet above sea level lol
