my wife has a second mail car that is a 1993 legacy postal. she has 5 months to retirement. the car is running very rich. to the point you cant stand to start it in the garage. i changed the air filter and plugs but no help. would injector cleaners help? if so what one is best? thank you again for all the help.

hello everyone. my wife has a 1996 legacy 2.2 postal for her mail route. it keeps losing power mostly when she is climbing a hill on her routes. it doesnt miss or die it just powers out like she took her foot off the gas. there is no check engine light on, no miss or anything but the power loss. i have changed the plugs, the wires twice, the enjectors.fuel filter, fuel pump twice, and air filter. i also had the exhaust and catalytic convertors checked and it was all in good shape,no blockage . i'm at a total loss. does anyone have a clue? thank you all
