I am looking for the pin out of the above connector. It is from my 1996 subaru legacy. The abs system is the 5.3 unit from bosch. This connector plugs into the Nippon abs module. I have found info on the abs module in the service manaul but it is different from this connector.
Any help appreciated
cheers

I have checked the voltage and everything is ok. Also now checked the electrical properties of the g sensor, abs sensors and everything is correct. Still have no idea what is causing the 46 code in the video above.
I removed the abs controller from under the dash and everything looks ok. The unit is a 5.3 system Bosch hydraulic unit and nippon abs controller. Does anyone have a pin-out for the connector in this picture. It differs from the service manual. I can not find any info anywhere on it.

ABS is sensitive to system voltage too - maybe give the charging system a thorough check.
Thanks I will look at the voltages over the weekend

The module will flash a code 11 as a start code before flashing any stored codes. I've checked abs codes before and the module doesn't pause for long between codes. Are you sure you're not getting a code 11, and a code 26?
I can't find a code 46 listed anywhere either, but I only have info for US market vehicles.
I do see 26, 36, and 56. But no 46.
Hi Thanks for your help I have checked the fault codes again. It still looks like 46 but I know what you mean..I just posted a short video with 11......46...11.....46. I really can not see any gaps, but there maybe. Let me know what you think.

Hi
I have owned my 1996 Legacy TX_S for the past 9 years
Recently the abs light started to appear on the dashboard when you turn the car on. It does not disappear and is not intermittent.
Over the past few days I have tried the following
Checked all fuses- OK
Checked brake fluid- topped up
Checked the check engine lights - no fault codes
Removed all four abs sensors and cleaned them
Read the ABS codes and I get 46
ABS fault code 46 does not exist on my table. Can anyone help me with this.
I have also reset the fault codes and when I turn the key back on it flashes up 46.
Can anyone verify what 46 is
Thanks

1996 legacy abs.pdfThanks everyone for your help. It turns out abs fault code 46 does exist. The service manual for the 1996 model shows it is a g sensor power fault. I have checked and the sensor is damaged. See manual attached.
Cheers
