I went to the e-bay store but I was not able to find any Weber kits. I am pretty lost, so I need some help if anybody can steer me in the right direction I would really appreciate it. I have an '84 GL and two mechanics told me I need a new carb. I do not know which carb, but they are telling me I need to get it and they will put it on for me. Does anybody know which one I need, and if somebody is still selling it? Really appreciate any tips!

I am new to this forum, but I have a rust-free '84 GL that has been to two places in Madison WI who cannot seem to find a new carb. The baby has sat for over a year, so I wanted to check here....and low and behold it seems like you can fix it...correct? Please e-mail me at jofunk@hotmail.com if you are interested. I can get it boxed up and sent over. Or, the second shop was telling me to just buy a new one. Doubt those exist. Looking for some advice & help here if possible. Thanks!
