    Thanks for the advice. I have been driving a '79 VW Camper Bus for 4 years now as a daily driver and I also had a '93 Dodge Caravan, so I like the feel of the Forester better. I like sitting more upright and like better visibility vs. the Outback. peace.

    What are the main differences between the two? Anyone ever owned both and can give some insight about which would be a better buy? I am wanting the one that will be better to drive in the mountains and snow. I also enjoy long trips and camping. Thanks for your help peace.
