    Yes,the check engine light is on....does it mean i can't clean?

    My Legacy 1995 idles rough and my mechanic says i have to change the IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE,a part that costs $340... i'll be happy to hear if anyone have an idea of how to fix this thing...

    HI! I bought a legacy 2.2LSi 1995 auto tran,and the car is shaking when idles,as soon as i start driving or open the throtle it becomes ok but not when idles,when the TPS (throtle position sensor ) is moved(when i open the scrue),the car will reset itself and idle fine,but as soon as i shut the engine off and start again the problem will come back. thanks for any suggestions !!!!!
