Thanks,
Any pics you could post, or stumbling points for the install would be great.

Hey all,
I want to install a nav system in my 04 forester XS.
I want to install the pioneer AVIC-N1, however, I need to know where the VSS is and how I can tap it for my installation.
Anyone who can help me out by answering any or all of the following would be my new personal hero.
1) Where is the VSS
2) How can I tap into it (vamp plugs, special adaptors, etc.)
3) IF anyone has installed a nav system with the need for a VSS, please respond and let me know your expieriences.
THanks,
sk

One more question,
In the avic-n1 instructions it says to wire up 4 power leads.
One to Ground
One to 12vdc
One to Constant on power
One to lighting switch terminal.
What do you think would be the best place to hook onto for the last two?
Thanks,
