    Assuming the neck is the only thing leaking, can I replace that without removing the tank?

    Greetings to all! My first post here, but a veteran of Buick Grand National mailing lists and message boards.. Our 'other' car is a 93 Impreza L AWD. Fuel tank is leaking pretty bad, most noticeably when full or near full. Filler neck is also pretty rotted. I repaired it once but it seems to have come back..all full of pinholes. Anyone ever attempt replacement in their driveway before? Anything thats a showstopper?
