  1. Gas Smell when vent is open

    Does anyone know what is wrong with my car. Its a 2000 Legacy Outback, and when I open the AC vent and have the AC off, and the fresh air open on my HVAC system, it smells like Gas. If I hit the air recirculation button the gas smell goes away. Checked the fuel filter and there are no leaks there. Any suggestions? Aaron
