I have a 2005 outback and have been able to purchase 2 more Subaru vehicles for our children in the PNW. Very pleased with all the vehicles.

  1. I will do so tomorrow with access to a computer keyboard. I am not sure how to attach threads yet but will try and describe in detail.
  2. Success, I tried the continuity adjustment to no avail. But when adjusting to the correct voltage test. It solved both the ode and the 16 flashes of the AT temp lamp. Sometimes it is amazing how seemingly unconnected symptoms can be corrected with one correction. Note I do not think the Ohm test is correct for the 3 wire sensor. Please use the voltage test you will find in similar posts. It is right on. BTW, number 2 connector is the middle one. A long sewing needle inserted next to the wire and into the connector while connected will allow for very easy testing and adjustment.
  3. My '97 legacy outback bogs down when turning at idle. I suspect the tps as I am getting a "low signal" P0122 code. Is the pin out available and the location of the ECM to test voltage properly?
