  1. Tribeca wont start when wet

    We have a 2009 Tribeca which we purchased about 6 months ago When it gets really wet (heavy rain, driving thru puddles) it will not start or even turnover. There is no noise whatsoever when you turn the key. There is full power as all the lights and radio work fine. When this happens the check engine lights come on plus the cruise control light flashes. After the car dries out (usually 24-48 hours) it starts fine but the warning lights stay on. We have taken it to our local mechanic as well as local subaru dealer but neither one could find a cause. Anyone have a suggestion?
