    Thanks I'll try that. It just started doing that about a 2 weeks ago...it doesn't slip, just downshifts/upshifts at random ... it has an updated tranny ... done by Dealer about 6 years back ....

    My Tranny changes gears at random, Driving along and it will down shift or go back and forth down/up shift at random...worse when tranny is cold. Any ideas???? Any help or ideas appriciated...THX
