  1. Thank you…. I'll admit, the thought of those potential Audi repairs was what drove me away. Even with a three year power train warranty, possible repairs to the A/C, the Audi interface, etc, we may have been looking at thousands in repair costs….. New Subaru owner….and no regrets!
  2. Thanks for that! Here's the part that I found.... http://subaruonlineparts.com/subaru-outback-rear-19mm-sway-p-2163.html It's a 19mm (I thought it was 18mm)
  3. Not as I understand…..I believe the newer gen. Outbacks have a 15mm sway bar. Some have 'complained' about lane wandering at highways speeds….as such, some have opted for a beefier sway bar. A couple of years ago, Outback owners were installing 19mm Rallitek sway bars with some success….but I can't find anything on their site….best option now seems to be the STi 18mm….. I'd love to hear from those who have upgraded…worth it? Does it make a significant difference??
  4. I recently purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited. I understand that some Outback owners have upgraded their sway bars (from 15 mm to 18 or 19 mm). I have investigated Ralltek and Whiteline without much luck, but I did receive a suggestion about the 18 mm STi OEM sway bar... Thoughts? Advice? Thx
  5. Hello... Just purchased my 'new' 2010 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited....pretty happy to finally be a Subaru owner. We were looking for a car to replace a great 2005 Altima and it was down to two cars....a 2008 Audi A6 and the Outback..... although the A6 was a nice car, in the end, the Subaru was the smarter/better choice...I am loving this car.... Ironically, I think it was my interest in Subarus that spurred my inlaws into buying their first Subaru a few years ago....since then, they've owned 2 Foresters and an Outback....I have finally caught up. Anyhow, nice to be 'part of the club'....hoping to learn a lot. I would welcome and appreciate any advice from all you more experienced Subaru owners... Thx
