the temp light flashed twice, so does that mean the solenoids are good and the problem probably lies with the torque converter?

the only code I get is for the evap canister

it sounds like over reving, at 60mph the RPMs are at around 4grand

when in fourth it sounds like it wants to shift, but then the at oil temp light starts flashing, what is shift mapping?

The car starts fine, no lights flashing, idles low, shifts late and harsh, and also won't shift to fifth gear, can someone help me please I'm new to the subi game and need help ASAP!
