    Im a mechanic by trade but have never worked on Subaru's and I have a friend that has one and asked me to work on it so I came here to get help.

    I have a 1985 Subaru with a 1.8 and not only did the timing belt break but the tensioner on the drivers side came off. I have the tensioner but couldnt find the bolts. Any one have any idea what size or where I can find new bolts. Also Im assuming Im going to have to re time it so how do I do that? Any help with be greatly appreciated. Thanks
