I was driving an Infiniti G35 and the best mileage is 19 mpg for my daily commute to work on 80% freeway and 20% local road. I am very happy with the Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid to get 35 mpg and on good days, I can even get 40 mpg. I could get lower price for Toyota Prius hybrid but don't like the design and I am happy with my Subaru Hybrid which I paid for $23,959 (+ tax) at 0% interest rate. I wanted leather seats but I don't like the Nav so I opted for non-touring and was happy with the roof rack, all-weather floor mat, rear seat protector and the leather steering wheel and gear knob. Overall it was a good deal but I wish the dealer would throw in stuff like cargo net which I to pay separately. (hint: cheaper to buy cargo net online)

This is my first Subaru and my first hybrid. The best I had so far was 40 mpg last weekend with 40% freeway and 60% local road. I keep my speed consistent on freeway and almost very flat for 12 miles. My average mileage to work and back home is around 35 mpg. What is the best mpg you had for the Subaru XV hybrid? I am curious if anyone has better luck than myself.

How do you like the nav?

I followed the instruction on YouTube to enable "Through Mode" and it sounded so much better. It cannot be the same as CD or BT audio quality but so so much better. So basically, if you don't want to watch the video, press key 1, 4 and audio button together to enable "through mode". It will appear on the screen. Turn it on and you will hear the different in audio quality.

It is stock radio and I have tighten the antenna. I just saw the tips on YouTube to increase the sounds quality for radio and will give it a try.

I just bought a Crosstrek XV Hybrid over the weekend and I enjoying it. I listen to both radio and music via Bluetooth. The audio quality via Bluetooth is amazing and very loud and clear. The audio quality via radio is horrible and very soft and full of static. Does anyone has the same problem or is it just my car having the issue? I don't HD quality audio but it was horrible and not even close my old car. Thanks and appreciate any advice.
