  1. I have a 2011 Impreza, I've purchased a key fob with FCC ID CWTWB1U819 on eBay. I'm able to program it successfully, but the key fob doesn't work. On the other hand, I was able to successfully program this same key fob on a 2009 Impreza and it works. I took the car to the dealer, they were also able to get this same fob programmed but they weren't able to get it to work. The strange thing is that they were able to get one of their own brand new fobs with the same exact FCC ID (CWTWB1U819) to work on this car. Does anyone know why? I've also tried a fob with FCC ID NHVWB1U711, I'm able to program it successfully but it doesn't work. This same fob works on a 2008 Impreza.
