    I have owned about 7 Subarus all awesome tanks. I picked up my 94 legacy from a lil old lady. Has 98k on it. Body and undercarriage are softening. I am considering pulling the motor for a swap with a newer model.

    I bought this thing from a lil old lady, 98k and runs amazing. Body and undercarriage have issues. New England car. My thought is swap the motor into a newer model. Any idea how new I can go with this engine? If i can find a 02-05 outback or Forester, can I use this motor?
