    I REALLY NEED HELP ON THIS ONE. LOTS OF QUESTION MARKS FLYING OVER MY HEAD. FORESTER TEMP JUMPS UP TO ALMOST RED AT HIGH RPM ( OVER 4000 ) IT GOES UP IN TWO SECONDS AND THAN BACK DOWN JUST ABOUT IMMEDIATELY ? IN THE PROCESS IT THROWS SOME COOLANT OUT BUT OTHERWISE ENGINE RUNS GREAT. NOW THE MYSTERY HEAD GASKET ? WELL I HADE THE SAME IDEA AND THE SPARE ENGINE SO I DID REPLACE THE ENGINE.GUESS WHAT,SAME THING IS HAPPENING WITH DIFFERENT MOTOR WITCH IS GOOD FOR SURE.THEN I REPLACED RADIATOR AND THE CAP.PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. ONLY THING I HAVEN'T TOUCHED SO FAR IS THE THERMOSTAT BUT I REPLACED THE ENGINE REMEMBER ANY IDEAS WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED AS I HAVE RUN OUT
