Sorry, meant to say MB Motoring alloy wheels in title.

I recently mounted a set of 16" after market wheels on my 2005 outback wagon. Had to buy new lugs due to really small holes for the lugs. After driving on them for a couple weeks, I heard a thumping and found I had lost 4/5 lugs on my left rear! Yikes! I've been mounting wheels for thirty years and I'm pretty sure they were torqued adequately. Several other lugs around the car were also loose. Any suggestions? Thread Lock? Never had this happen before, it's unsettling.
