    It was a concern to me also. Mechanic is thinking that the tires may not have been rotated or it had low tire pressure. I do not have access to the service records from the first owner. Mechanic said the car was is good condition other than the brakes and tires.

    I am looking at a 2012 Outback 2.51 ltd with 30,000 miles to purchase asking price 22,500. Brougt to a mechanic need front and rear brakes and 1 front tire. My question is can I replace only the worn tire?
