    Hello,, I have a 1987 Subaru 1800 GL Automatic with the original EA82 carburated engine, and i am thinking about a replacement engine for more power. What would be the best choice ?? I am thinking maybe EJ22 or even EJ25 ?? Does anyone know if it would fit to the transmission and so on ?? It is a great car but a bit sluggish for my taste since my other ride is a Yamaha FZS 1000 Fazer and that gives a real punch Not looking for that much in my Sub, but it deserves an upgrade.. Any ideas ??
